[{"data":1,"prerenderedAt":-1},["ShallowReactive",2],{"tags-groups":3,"chains-groupcat":4,"experts-list":5,"experts-coverage":27},[],[],{"list":6,"total":25,"page":25,"pageSize":26,"totalPages":25},[7],{"id":8,"name":9,"orgName":10,"school":11,"gender":12,"title":13,"degree":14,"honor":15,"position":15,"researchDirection":16,"intro":17,"province":18,"completeness":19,"avatarAuthorized":20,"sourceUrl":21,"nameValid":22,"tags":23,"tagNames":24},"878f89cb-2911-b055-e4ce-55ee3db4b2eb","徐志刚","长安大学信息工程学院","长安大学","男","教授","博士",null,"（1）基于虚实结合的自动驾驶加速测试理论与方法（Accelerated Testing for CAVs）传统的自动驾驶道路测试方法无法实现测试场景的穷尽，给自动驾驶汽车未来的大批量商用埋下较大隐患，一直是困扰行业的重大难题。课题组采用虚实结合方法，构建自动驾驶整车在环仿真测试系统，重点攻克高覆盖度的典型及极限虚拟测试场景构建、虚拟场景中传感器输出数据的高保真模拟、整车在环测试平台开发及测试评价体系等关键技术，力图解决自动驾驶车辆的室内快速测试难题，为自动驾驶行业保驾护航。（2）高速公路协同自动驾驶关键技术及测试验证方法（Roadside Aided Automated Driving）高速公路具有平均车速高、流量大、事故多发等特征，如何实现高速公路自动驾驶汽车与有人车、网联车的协同驾驶，面临重要挑战。课题组将重点解决自动驾驶货车编队、匝道合流区协同通行、自动驾驶专用道等典型场景的设计、优化、仿真及测试问题。同时充分考虑无线通信信道性能衰退、卫星定位系统故障、恶劣天气等突发事件，确保高速公路协同自动驾驶系统的安全性、鲁棒性和风险可控性，为大规模推广高速公路自动驾驶技术提供理论依据。（3）自动驾驶中人因工程要素量测与机理揭示（Human Factors in CAVs）在自动驾驶系统中，只有充分了解人和机器、环境的相互作用机理，才能实现“人-机”之间的理想结合，提升其舒适性和安全防护能力。课题组采用主客观方法，实现自动驾驶人因工程关键要素精准量测（如：自动驾驶过程中多时间尺度下人类生理、心理和行为反应及变化等），力图建立能有效揭示自动驾驶人因工程机理的数学与心理学模型，为设计具有友好人机界面、合理的自动驾驶系统提供科学依据。欢迎优秀本科(硕士)生报考本人硕（博）士研究生, 欢迎有意推免研究生的同学提前跟本人联系。xuzhigang@chd.edu.cn","徐志刚，1979年生，现任长安大学信息工程学院院长、“长安学者”领军人才A1岗特聘教授、博士生导师，是国家级高层次人才、交通运输部中青年科技创新领军人才、陕西省杰青、陕西省青年科技奖和中国交通教育优秀教师奖获得者。主要从事智能交通系统分析、车联网与自动驾驶、车路协同、车辆智能诊断等领域的研究。在Transportation Research Part C、IEEE TITS、CACIE、《中国公路学报》、《交通运输工程学报》等行业主流期刊期刊上发表论文120余篇，其中ESI热点论文1篇，ESI高被引论文4篇，2018年至今被谷歌学术引用超过5000次（H指数34），斯坦福-爱思唯尔全球前2%科学家。出版专著3部，获得美国授权专利3项，中国发明专利20余项，获批国家和行业标准立项3项。目前担任国家自然科学基金委E12学科综合与新型交通方向总召集人、函评与会评专家，国际期刊《International Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles》、《International Journal of Transportation Science and Technology》的副主编和COMMTR、JTTE、IET ITS、《中国公路学报》、《交通运输工程学报》等多个国内外知名期刊的编委以及世界交通运输大会车联网与自动驾驶委员会主席、美国土木工程师协会T&DI委员（中国大陆仅2人），兼任“车联网”教育部-中国移动联合实验室副主任、交通运输部认定自动驾驶测试基地副主任、陕西省车联网与智能汽车测试技术工程中心副主任。徐志刚教授长期深入工程技术一线，在车联网测试、自动驾驶算法优化、货车编队、卡车节能、智慧公路设计等方面，为工业界解决了多项技术难题。先后主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金、交通部西部科技项目、交通部应用基础项目、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省交通计划项目、西安市交通局项目、企业横向项目30余项。与中国移动、华为、大唐移动、东软集团、锐捷网络、深圳金溢等国内知名ITS企业在车联网与自动驾驶领域开展了实质性合作，取得了良好社会影响。徐志刚教授先后获得国家科技进步二等奖2项，陕西省科学技术一等奖3项、三等奖1项，研究成果在我国多个省份落地应用，产生良好经济社会效益。Zhigang XuProfessor, Ph.DSchool of Information Engineering , Chang’an UniversityThe middle section of south 2nd-ring roadXi’an,Shaanxi, P. He is recognized as a national high-level talent, a leading expert on scientific and technological innovation areas certificated by the Ministry of Transport,China, a recipient of the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars,the Shaanxi Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award, and the Excellent Teacher Award of Chinese Transportation Education. Professor Xu's research is focused on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, and Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure System. He has won 2 National Science and Technology Progress Awards (Second Prize), 3 Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Awards (First Prize). His research achievements have been implemented in various provinces and cities in China.
